A tree removal provider checking a large backyard tree in Minneapolis

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Dochunting Tree Service to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page lists the steps and what to expect. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience phoning or contacting Dochunting Tree Service
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

Then tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Dochunting Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or decide things on a provider's behalf.

Steps to File a Complaint

Email contact@dochunting.living and include:

1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

What Comes Next

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

Reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help.
